基于以人为中心的设计思想,分析了用户需求与产品需求的区别与联系,探讨获取用户需求以及挖掘用户需求的方法与流程,并结合实例详细分析了如何在场景中运用人物角色挖掘潜在的用户需求。在此基础上,评估、筛选所收集的需求文档,进而将用户需求提升为产品需求,最终运用角色和任务权重分析功能的重要程度,形成最初的功能需求列表。
Based on the human-centered design idea, the paper analyzes the difference and connection between user’s demand and product’s demand, discusses the method and process of obtaining user’s demand and user’s demand, and analyzes how to use the person’s character in the scene to discover the potential user demand. On the basis of this, we evaluate and screen the collected demand documents, and then promote the user’s needs to product requirements. Finally, we use the roles and task weight analysis functions to form the initial functional requirements list.
