3月12日,设在我校的云南省太阳能学会在我校主持召开了我省首届风能开发利用会议,对我省风能资源及开发利用的意义、现状及前景和国内外动态进行了广泛的学术交流。由于我省地处高原,地形复杂,是“十里不风天”,山区面积占93％左右。与会专家和科技人员,从理论和实际论证了我省风能资源的地理分布特点和时间变化规律,得出了我省风能潜力在全国应属或接近最大风力资源区的新见解,为我省风能的开发利用提供了决策依据。
