目前,中国海洋石油总公司已经开启了全员安全素质培训工作的大门,事实上,对于中海油能源发展股份有限公司(简称海油发展)来说,这项工作早在2010年8月就已经率先拉开帷幕,制定出了规模宏大的全员安全素质培训规划,将分布在全国及海外30多个城市和地区的2万5000名员工,划分成7个人员培训类别并设定培训矩阵,以4年为周期、滚动培训。从2011年5月正式实施至2013年6月底,已开展了5个类别的人员培训工作,并已经全面展开所有人员的培训。
