ICP仪器正日益增长地广泛应用于非水溶液的分析。即使ICP样品引入系统对某类样品要求稀释,光度计灵敏度也能很好地满足大多数分析的需要。ICP原子荧光光度计是由高温原子化池(ICP)与分光技术组合而成,以避免谱线干扰及基线飘移。在此研究中,应用于收集数据的AFS-2000型仪器是常规用于测定各种水溶液介质中痕量元素的。为了将所操作的水溶液转换为有机溶液,样品引入系统须用乙醇清洗。
ICP instruments are increasingly being used in the analysis of non-aqueous solutions. Even if ICP samples are introduced into the system to dilute a sample of some kind, the sensitivity of the photometer can well meet the needs of most analyzes. ICP atomic fluorescence spectrometer is a combination of high temperature atomization pool (ICP) and spectroscopy to avoid spectral interference and baseline drift. In this study, the AFS-2000 instrument used to collect data was routinely used for the determination of trace elements in various aqueous media. In order to convert the working aqueous solution to an organic solution, the sample introduction system must be washed with ethanol.
