在竞争激烈的电信服务市场中,客户流失一直是公司管理的重点。在这样的一个环境下,采取防御性的营销策略有了他的必要性。本文通过决策树、随机森林以及逻辑回归三种方法交叉讨论各类因素导致客户流失的原因,以此来协助公司制定防御性营销策略。
In the highly competitive telecommunications services market, customer churn has always been the key to corporate governance. In such an environment, the need to adopt a defensive marketing strategy. This article through the decision tree, random forest and logistic regression three ways to discuss various factors lead to the loss of customers, in order to help companies develop defensive marketing strategy.
