结合高速铁路铜镁合金连续挤压技术阐述了高温连续挤压堵头模具的关键问题。针对高速铁路接触线常见的铜镁、铜锡以及铜银合金进行了连续挤压实验,研究了堵头模具材料在不同工作条件下的使用情况,分析了几种堵头模具材料的使用寿命及特点。结果表明,DURA3合金适用于高温连续挤压堵头模具,具有广泛的应用前景。
Combined with the continuous extrusion technology of copper-magnesium alloy for high-speed railway, the key problems of high-temperature continuous extrusion plug mold are expounded. Aiming at the common extrusion of copper-magnesium, copper-tin and copper-silver alloy on the contact line of high-speed railway, the use of plugging material in different working conditions was studied. The service life of several plugging material was analyzed. Features. The results show that DURA3 alloy is suitable for high temperature continuous extrusion plug molds and has a wide range of applications.
