目的提高神经内科住院患者血糖监测率,减少漏测率。方法将2010-01-2010-12神经内科住院需监测血糖的患者分成两组,1~6月为对照组,7~12月为实验组。结果采取措施后实验组血糖漏测率与对照组比较(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论通过一系列的管理措施,提高了神经内科住院患者血糖监测率,减少了漏测率,对临床起到了很好的指导效果。
Objective To improve the blood glucose monitoring rate of inpatients in neurology department and reduce the leakage rate. Methods Patients with neurological inpatients who needed to monitor blood glucose during the period of 2010-01-2010-12 were divided into two groups. The patients in control group from January to June and the experimental group from July to December. Results After taking measures, the rate of blood glucose leakage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through a series of management measures, the blood glucose monitoring rate of inpatients in neurology department has been raised, the leakage rate has been reduced and a good guiding effect has been achieved in clinical practice.
