目的:观察祛风止痒酊抑菌,抗炎作用。方法:采用体外抗菌及病原菌感染豚鼠皮肤实验,评价祛风止痒酊的抑菌作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀与角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型,观察祛风止痒酊的抗炎作用。结果:祛风止痒酊体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、表葡菌、变形杆菌、白色念珠菌均有较明显的抑制作用,可不同程度地减轻金葡菌或绿脓杆菌诱发的豚鼠皮肤感染症状;祛风止痒酊可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀并明显减少炎症组织内PGE2含量。结论:祛风止痒酊具有较好的体内、外抑菌与抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of Qufeng antipruritic pruritus. METHODS: In vitro antibacterial and pathogenic bacteria infection of guinea pig skin experiments were conducted to evaluate the antibacterial effect of hurricane and antipruritus; mouse xylitol-induced ear swelling and carrageenan-induced paw edema model were used to observe hurricane and itching. The anti-inflammatory effects of earthworms. RESULTS: The wind itch and itching inhibited Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus vulgaris and Candida albicans in vitro, which could reduce S. aureus or P. aeruginosa to varying degrees. Bacillus-induced guinea pig skin infection symptoms; Qufeng antipruritus can significantly inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and swollen paws in rats and significantly reduce inflammation in tissue PGE2 content. Conclusion: Qufeng antipruritus has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects in vivo and in vitro.
