提高人力资源管理专业学生的能力素质是本专业一直追求的目标,传统的情景模拟教学法还不能有效地达到这一要求,因而引入新的理论完善这一教学方式显得很有必要,本文运用胜任力模型相关理论对情景模拟教学法进行改进,以提升人力资源管理专业学生素质。
To improve the ability and quality of human resource management major is the goal that our major has been pursuing for a long time. The traditional scenario simulation teaching method can not meet this requirement effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce new theory to improve this teaching method. The relevant theory of force model improves the scenario simulation teaching method to improve the quality of human resource management students.
