目的 :探讨一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描是否能很好确定门脉造影剂峰值及其在SCTP成像中的应用价值。材料与方法 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描 41例 ,观察CT图像的层面波动及门脉峰值时间 ,然后以峰值时间作为扫描延迟时间进行SCTP检查。结果 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描的CT图像几乎无层面上下波动 ,门脉时间 -密度曲线无明显波动 ,门脉峰值时间平均为 5 0 5s。 41例SCTP均能显示门脉 4级以上分支。结论 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描是一种简单实用的确定门脉造影剂峰值的方法。以门脉峰值时间作为扫描延迟时间可获得良好的SCTP图像。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether the bolus dose bolus single-layer dynamic scanning can determine the peak value of portal contrast agent and its value in SCTP imaging. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Thirty-one patients undergoing breath-hold single-layer dynamic breath-hold test were used to observe the level fluctuation of portal vein and the peak time of portal vein. SCTP was performed with peak time as the scan delay time. Results: The CT images of single-layer dynamic scanning with bolus breath test showed almost no fluctuation in the level and the portal vein time-density curve showed no obvious fluctuations. The average portal vein peak time was 550s. 41 cases of SCTP can show more than 4 portal vein branch. CONCLUSION: Single-breath test bolus single-layer dynamic scanning is a simple and practical method to determine the peak value of portal contrast agent. A good SCTP image can be obtained by using the peak portal time as the scan delay time.
