党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次反复强调营造风清气正的政治生态对于党和国家事业发展的极端重要性。政治生态是一个地方政治生活环境、政治生活状况和政治发展环境的集中反映,是党风、政风、社会风气的综合体现。营造健康良好的政治生态是强化党员干部政治素质、作风建设和执政能力建设的需要,是坚持全面从严治党,激发全党创造活力,全面深化改革和全面建成小康社会的内在需要和重要保障,是一项复杂的系统工程,需要全党全社会的共同努力。
