跨文化冲突,是指不同形态的文化或文化要素之间相互对立、相互排斥的过程。既包括跨国企业在他国经营时因与东道国的文化观念不同而发生的冲突,也包括在企业内部因员工分属不同文化背景的国家而发生的冲突。
Cross-cultural conflict refers to the process of opposition and mutual exclusion between different forms of cultural or cultural elements. This includes the conflicts that occur when multinational companies operate in other countries due to their differences from the host country’s cultural conception, and also the conflicts that occur within the company due to employees’ belonging to countries with different cultural backgrounds.
