为提高自主DIY创新设计和工程机械的通用性、互换性和设计灵活性,提出了基于模块化的零部件通用性设计方法,即在用户需求与机械功能分解基础上,依据模块化理论,基于信息流的方法进行了系统模块的初步划分,进而通过计算各模块以及未划分功能元之间的相关度形成最终模块划分方案。将功能模块映射为结构模块,对其现有产品零部件结构作了比较分析,对于通用可行性较高的结构模块进行了通用化方案设计。应用该方法通过实验搭建机械手臂的典型案例及其零部件的通用性设计,证明了其可行性和有效性,为工程机械产品零部件结构的模块化和通用化提供借鉴。
In order to improve the versatility, interchangeability and design flexibility of independent DIY innovative design and construction machinery, a universal design method based on modular parts is put forward, that is, based on the user demand and mechanical function decomposition, based on the modular theory, Based on the method of information flow, the system module is initially divided, and then the final module partitioning scheme is formed by calculating the correlation between each module and the non-divided functional elements. The functional module is mapped into a structural module, and the structure of the existing product components is comparatively analyzed. A generalized scheme is designed for a structural module with higher feasibility. By using this method, the typical cases of mechanical arm and the universal design of its components are proved, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. It provides a reference for the modularization and generalization of the parts and components structure of construction machinery products.
