河北省政府于5月16日印发了《河北省城市控制性详细规划管理办法(试行)》。这是《城乡规划法》实施以来,全国首例在省级层面制定控详规管理办法。《办法》规定,城市控详规应覆盖城市和县城总体规划建设用地的全部范围,并将规划建设用地划分为若干控制单元(一般为2-4平方公里),作为编制城市控详规的基本单位。 On May 16, Hebei Provincial Government issued the Administrative Measures on Detailed Control of Urban Control in Hebei Province (Trial Implementation). This is the first time since the implementation of the Urban-Rural Planning Law that the whole country has formulated the detailed measures for the control of detailed regulations at the provincial level. The Measures stipulate that the detailed regulations on urban control should cover the full range of the planned land for construction in cities and counties and divide the planned land for construction into several control units (usually 2-4 square kilometers) as the basic for the compilation of detailed regulations on urban control unit.
