Industry consolidation is just as important as the price of iron ore in China’s steel industry today. While iron ore price negotiations have a significant impact on iron and steel enterprises’ profit this year, the structure and pace of industry consolidation will be the key factors affecting the industry’s profit over the next 10 years.
