以近年选育的14份玉米自交系为被测系,采用NCⅡ交配设计方法,研究10个性状的配合力,并对自交系进行杂种优势类群划分。结果表明,被测系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平,HX210和HX303作为亲本组配的杂种后代增产潜力较大,可在育种中直接利用;HX458和HX3综合性状较差,需改良后利用;HX303×K10等5个杂交组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力。依据单株产量的总配合力效应值将14份自交系划分出4个杂种优势群。
In this study, 14 maize inbred lines bred in recent years were used as tested lines. The mating ability of 10 traits was studied by NCⅡ mating design method, and the inbred lines were classified as heterotic groups. The results showed that the variance of the general combining ability of tested traits reached extremely significant level. The hybrid progeny of HX210 and HX303 had higher potential for yield increase and could be utilized directly in breeding. The comprehensive trait of HX458 and HX3 was poor, Need to be improved and used; HX303 × K10 and other five hybrid combinations have strong heterosis, a certain yield potential. According to the effect of total combining ability per plant yield, 14 inbred lines were divided into 4 heterosis groups.
