桩板结构作为一种新型路基结构其各部分的参数取值十分重要,该文采用正交试验的方法,从技术角度和经济指标出发,确定了若干目标函数,设计了16组正交试验方案,计算了每一试验方案对应的目标结果,应用极差分析的方法,综合比较了每一目标函数的主要影响因素。通过对主要影响因素的分析,对所研究的桩板结构各部分参数进行了优化分析,得到了各参数的合理取值区间(跨度:6~8m;厚度:0.6~1m;桩径:0.8~1.2m)。
As a new type of subgrade structure, pile-plate structure is very important for the parameters of each part. In this paper, using orthogonal test method, starting from the technical point of view and economic indicators, a number of objective functions were determined, and 16 sets of orthogonal experimental design , Calculated the corresponding target results of each experimental scheme, and applied the method of range analysis to comprehensively compare the main influencing factors of each objective function. Through the analysis of the main influencing factors, the parameters of the various parts of the pile-plate structure studied are optimized and the reasonable interval of each parameter is obtained (span: 6 ~ 8m; thickness: 0.6 ~ 1m; pile diameter: 1.2m).
