应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对接链环的力学简化模型进行分析计算 ,对目前煤矿最常用的34× 12 6的矿用扁平接链环进行动态疲劳电测实验 ,捕捉到了疲劳裂纹产生时的循环次数 ,为接链环的合理设计及提高疲劳寿命提供了理论及实验依据。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze and calculate the mechanical simplified model of the link chain. Dynamic fatigue test was carried out on the 34 × 12 6 mine flat chain link, which is most commonly used in coal mines, and the cycle when the fatigue crack was generated was captured The number of links for the ring and reasonable design to improve fatigue life provides a theoretical and experimental basis.
