我矿设备分散,修补频繁,电焊机需要经常移动,特别是在井下,搬运185公斤重的BS—330型电焊机就更为困难。广大职工迫切需要有较轻便的电焊机。在这种情况下,我们学习兄弟单位的经验,克服困难,制造了九台32.5公斤重的轻便电焊机,使用一年多来,效果良好。 一、原理及特点 交流弧焊机区别于变压机就在于它具有下坠特性。制造交流弧焊机取得下坠特性的办法很多,这里采取原副边分置于不同芯柱以增大漏磁的办法取得下坠特性。漏磁通分布如图一。
I scattered mining equipment, frequent repairs, welding often need to move, especially in the underground, handling 185 kg heavy BS-330-type welders more difficult. The majority of workers urgently need a lighter welding machine. Under such circumstances, we learned from the experience of our fraternal units to overcome difficulties and manufacture nine portable 32.5 kg heavy duty welders that have been working well for more than a year. First, the principle and characteristics of AC arc welding machine is different from the transformer lies in its fall characteristics. There are many ways to make the AC arc welding machine to get the falling characteristic. Here we adopt the method that the primary and secondary sides are divided into different core columns to increase the magnetic flux leakage to achieve the falling characteristic. Leakage flux distribution shown in Figure one.
