高校图书馆是为广大师生提供信息、知识的重要载体,是他们创作灵感的发源地,也是广大高校师生学习的第二课堂。因此,只有对高校图书馆进行有针对性且有效的管理,才能发挥其最大的作用,服务于广大师生。而其中起决定作用的就是图书管理人员的综合素质。本文以图书管理者的立场,分析高校图书管理人员群体及管理模式,提出有效提高管理人员素质的办法和高效的图书管理模式,以期实现高校图书馆的最大价值。
University library is an important carrier for teachers and students to provide information and knowledge, is the birthplace of their creative inspiration, but also the majority of college teachers and students to learn the second class. Therefore, only by carrying out targeted and effective management of university libraries can they play their utmost role and serve the broad masses of teachers and students. Which plays a decisive role is the overall quality of the librarian. Based on the position of librarians, this paper analyzes the group and management mode of librarians in colleges and universities, puts forward some effective measures to improve the quality of librarianship and an efficient mode of librarianship in order to realize the maximum value of librarianship.
