报道了利用光学频谱分析系统对注射针尖进行质量检验的实验,给出了测!数据统计处理方法。实验结果表明,对针尖尖锐度的检测已达到针尖曲率半径之极限范围,对于针尖平度数a>0.02毫米的次品针尖检出率η>94.5%。
The experiment of using optical spectrum analysis system to test the quality of injection needle tip is reported, and the statistical data processing method is given. The experimental results show that the detection of the sharpness of the needle tip has reached the limit of the radius of curvature of the needle tip, and the detection rate of the defective needle tip η> 94.5% for the flatness index a> 0.02 mm.
