本文采用等离子体发射光谱,测定子鸡内金中微量元素的含量,并用数理统计学的方法对实验数据作了 r、F 检验及变异系数的计算,方法得当。
In this paper, plasma emission spectrometry was used to determine the content of trace elements in gold in chickens. The r, F test and coefficient of variation of the experimental data were calculated by mathematical statistics method.
