程序正义是社会主义法治建设的灵魂,也是人类社会文明的永恒追求,实践证明,摒弃程序正义,实体正义也会受到影响。程序与实体并重,甚至程序优先才是我国当前司法改革的重点,也是我国和谐法治建设的应有之义。
Procedural justice is the soul of socialist construction of law and the eternal pursuit of human civilization. Practice proves that abandoning procedural justice and substantive justice will also be affected. Both the procedure and the entity are equal, and even the priority of the procedure is the focus of our country’s current judicial reform. It is also the proper meaning of our country’s construction of a harmonious law.
