为探索控制大菱鲆养殖成本的技术,采用工厂化流水养殖模式和液氧高密度养殖模式进行了生产试验,在4100 m2规模的养殖条件下,放养16万尾平均规格为6.7 g的鱼苗,饲养360 d。试验结果:在整个养殖期,大菱鲆的成活率达95.6%,饲料系数达0.87,取得了良好的养殖效果,养殖利润108万元。结果表明,通过提高养殖技术,加强管理,控制养殖成本,可提高养殖效益,减少养殖投资风险。
In order to explore the technology of controlling the cost of turbot culture, production tests were conducted in industrialized aquaculture and liquid-oxygen high-density aquaculture. Under the condition of 4,100 m2 of aquaculture, 160,000 fry with an average size of 6.7 g were stocked. Feeding 360 d. Test results: Throughout the breeding period, turbot survival rate of 95.6%, feed coefficient of 0.87, and achieved good breeding results, farming profit 1.08 million yuan. The results showed that by raising farming techniques, strengthening management and controlling farming costs, breeding benefits could be improved and the risk of farming investment could be reduced.
