由于经济全球化和知识经济时代的不断推进,市场竞争日趋白热化。企业管理者越来越重视知识管理在应对挑战中的积极作用。企业对知识型人才的渴求随之不断增强,而知识管理落实到个人层面,即员工之间的知识共享行为。由此,企业对知识共享的关注与日俱增。本文通过对已有知识共享相关研究的文献综述,旨在梳理知识共享研究中所存在的一系列问题,以此为据,进而对后续研究提出建议和展望。
Due to the continuous promotion of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, competition in the market has become more and more heated. Enterprise managers pay more and more attention to the active role of knowledge management in meeting the challenges. The thirst for knowledge-based talents in enterprises continues to increase, and knowledge management is implemented on a personal level, that is, knowledge-sharing among employees. As a result, businesses are increasingly concerned about knowledge sharing. Based on the literature review of existing research on knowledge sharing, this paper aims at combing a series of problems existing in knowledge sharing research, based on which, and then puts forward suggestions and prospects for follow-up research.
