我国的海外青年是一个日益庞大的群体,主要可分为留学生、中资企业和机构外派员工、就业和创业者(青年华侨)三类,从团的工作和外交工作的要求来看,他们日益成为共青团新的重要工作对象。其中,广大国企外派青年员工有组织、成建制、纪律性强、生活环境相对艰苦,是亟需团组织关怀服务、值得团组织依托和信赖的群体。加强国企驻外团建并以这支青年力量为抓手开展公共外交,两项工作相辅相成,大有可为。
The overseas youth in our country are an ever-growing group, which can be divided into three major groups: overseas students, Chinese-funded enterprises and agencies, and employers and entrepreneurs (young overseas Chinese). According to the requirements of the CYL’s work and diplomatic work, It has increasingly become a new important task for the Communist Youth League. Among them, the large number of state-owned enterprises engaged in sending and assigning young employees to have the organizational, institutional and disciplined nature of their living environment is relatively difficult. They are the groups that urgently need the care and support of the CYL organization and are relying on and trusting the CYL organizations. To strengthen state-owned enterprise establishment abroad and take this young force as the starting point for carrying out public diplomacy, the two work complement each other and make a great deal of progress.
