最近,国家计委组成五个调研组,由邹家华副总理,房维中、叶青、芮杏文、盛树仁、刘江副主任分别率领,赴珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、西南和华南部分省区、环渤海经济区、北部沿边地区进行调研,了解这些地区加快改革开放和经济发展的设想以及采取的措施。本刊上期已报道了长江三角洲地区,这期介绍的是其他四个地区的情况。 抓紧有利时机,加快改革开放步伐,力争经济更好更快上一个新台阶,是当前我们面临的战略任务。我们要以邓小平同志视察南方谈话精神为指导,进一步解放思想,振奋精神,真抓实干,以产业政策为中心,加强统筹规划,大胆而又过细地工作,齐心协力,办好几件大事,促使国民经济能以较高速度发展,又能取得较好的经济效益。
