[目的]对某部发生的一起群体性发热性呼吸道传染病疫情进行调查。[方法]综合采用现场流行病学调查、临床检查及实验室检测等方法。[结果]共发生病例294人,罹患率为19.42%,其中新兵罹患率最高(26.64%),流行曲线示两个发病高峰间隔5 d,临床表现以急起发热为特征,伴有咳嗽、头痛或咽痛,部分病例有腹泻。27名病例急性期与恢复期血清腺病毒IgG抗体阳性率分别为29.62%和100.00%,同期132名整建制单位官兵双份血清IgG抗体阳性率分别为62.12%和79.55%,差异有统计学意义。[结论]综合判断这是一起由腺病毒引起的发热性呼吸道传染病疫情,由新兵入伍外源性输入引起。
[Objective] To investigate the epidemic situation of a group of febrile respiratory infectious diseases in a certain department. [Methods] The epidemiological survey, clinical examination and laboratory test were used synthetically. [Results] A total of 294 cases were found with an attack rate of 19.42%. Among them, the highest attack rate was recruited (26.64%). The epidemic curve showed the peak interval between the two attacks was 5 days. The clinical manifestations were characterized by acute fever with cough and headache Or sore throat, some cases have diarrhea. The positive rates of IgG antibodies in acute and convalescent serum of 27 cases were 29.62% and 100.00%, respectively. The positive rates of double antibody IgG in 132 whole-set units during the same period were 62.12% and 79.55%, respectively, with significant difference . [Conclusion] It is a comprehensive judgment that this is an outbreak of febrile respiratory infectious diseases caused by adenovirus, which is caused by recruiting recruits exogenous input.
