1 简要案情 王某,男,30岁,回族,有嗜酒史。某日中午与3人在一回族饭店吃火锅。王吃了两只螃蟹大腿,喝了约250ml 60°白酒。饭后无明显不适,当晚又与这几人在另一家饭店又喝了约125ml 60°白酒、500ml啤酒。当夜凌晨二时许王开始频繁呕吐、腹泻,吐物开始是食物,后是粘液,共约半脸盆。四时许抽搐、意识丧失,五时许被送到医院时死亡。同吃火锅的另外二人当晚也出现了腹痛、腹泻等症状。 2 法医检查所见 尸体体表无外伤。心脏重345g,膈面有散在性点状出血。冠状动脉左前降支和右冠 A brief case Wang, male, 30 years old, Hui, a history of alcoholism.
