本文通过文献资料法、实验研究法、问卷调查法、观察研究法及数理统计法,以笔者任教班级学生为研究对象,在中长跑教学中进行“项目搭配”教学法的运用研究。结果显示:运用“项目搭配”教学法对提高学生中长跑积极性、对体育课的满意度以及体育情感目标等方面明显好于传统教学法。
In this paper, we study the application of “project collocation ” teaching method in the teaching of middle and long distance running through literature method, experimental research method, questionnaire survey method, observational research method and mathematical statistics method. The results show that the use of “project collocation ” pedagogy is significantly better than the traditional pedagogy in improving the motivation of middle and long distance running majors, satisfaction with physical education class, and sports emotional goals.
