受到我国经济发展,经济市场日益成熟与完善的因素影响,对于企业来说,其所面临的市场竞争也在不断提升,而人才竞争,是企业间竞争的核心要素。这是因为在市场经济不断完善的情况下,人力资源早已经成为了企业经营与发展中,不可获取的成分。对于电力企业来说,人力资源更是展现出极高的价值及作用。同时,电力企业的良好运行,对我国社会与经济稳定和发展,也有着重大的影响,因此要想使电力企业安全运行,就需要对电力市场进行深化与改革,需要做好人力资源管理工作。本文就此进行探究。

For power companies, human resources is showing a very high value and role.
