目的：观察糖肾康方治疗早期糖尿病肾病属气阴两虚瘀血内阻型的临床疗效。方法：选择早期糖尿病肾病,属气阴两虚瘀血内阻型的确诊患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组予常规西医基础治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服糖肾康方。3个月为1疗程。结果：治疗组中显效11例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%。对照组中显效5例,有效10例,无效15例,总有效率为50.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：糖肾康方治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效较显著。
