I do not know whether peasants and friends have noticed that in recent years, consumers are quite popular with aquatic products. Regardless of southeast, northwest, no matter the spring, summer, autumn, winter, variety, different specifications of live fish shrimp and its processed products, continue to adapt to various levels of consumer demand. Irrevergent fact proves that the “hard-to-eat” problem that has long plagued both urban and rural people has been basically solved in the country. Statistics from authoritative departments tell us that in 1992 China’s output of 15.58 million tons was the highest in the world for three consecutive years. Naturally, the obvious improvement in the supply of aquatic products should be attributed more to the great policy of China’s reform and opening up due to the hard work of the vast number of fishermen and peasant brothers. It is not difficult to eat fish, but also not to develop aquatic products? There are many aquatic products, is it still profitable to engage in fishery production? To this end, I would like to introduce some of the situations from a global perspective and at a higher level.
