高血压具有高发病率、高致残率,其确切病因、发病机制不明,治疗药物存在诸多缺陷。疾病的研究进展离不开动物模型的应用,本文着重阐述高血压经典动物模型:自发性高血压大鼠、自发性高血压易卒中型大鼠以及两肾一夹模型在国际大型或影响较大的实验研究中的应用概况,并对其制备方法、原理、优劣势作简要介绍,为研究者在进行高血压相关动物实验时的模型选择、应用提供参考。
