如何巩固市场,保持平稳销售,摆脱一哄而上、开业风风火火、之后冷冷清清的怪圈,正成为超市老总们颇感头痛的问题。“超市”已成为社会大众最为熟悉,使用频率最高的字眼之一,这种低价自选、主营日用品和食品的商业销售方式,正以破竹之势在全国各地遍地开花。1995年上海新开超市146家,平均每两天半就有一家超市开业,目前上海已有比较规范的超市800余家,而北京超市已超过了900家。中国超市的超常规发展让市民们拍手称快的同时,也将一系列生存和发展难题推上了超市经营管理者的案头。

This low-priced choice, the main business of daily necessities and food sales, is taking the brunt of the flow of flowers throughout the country. In 1995, 146 newly opened supermarkets in Shanghai opened an average supermarket every two and a half days. At present, there are more than 800 supermarkets in Shanghai, while the number of supermarkets in Beijing has exceeded 900. Supernormal development of China’s supermarkets let citizens clap their hands fast at the same time, but also put a series of survival and development challenges on the supermarket manager’s case.
