韩国光阳大桥为(357.5+1 545+357.5)m的3跨悬索桥,全长2 260 m,主跨长1 545 m,可容许18000TEU集装箱货船通航,降低了货轮撞击塔墩的风险,桥塔高270 m(塔上设暗锚头)。主缆采用1 860 MPa高强度钢丝制作,主缆垂跨比为1/9,减小了锚碇基础尺寸,节约了工程总造价。采用分离式双箱梁结构,根据桥梁模型风洞试验得到了降低风涡流振动和正面风阻力的最优横截面(双箱间距4.3 m),提高了结构的空气动力稳定性。在优化结构的基础上,研发了各个构件的限位装置,包括风荷载作用时加劲梁横向位移限制设备、梁塔之间的限位设备1、2 000 kN的制动设备等。
The Gwangyang Bridge in Korea is a 3-span suspension bridge of (357.5 + 1 545 + 357.5) m, with a total length of 2,260 m and a main span of 1,545 m. It allows 18,000 TEU container ships to navigate and reduces the risk of cargo ships striking the tower piers. 270 m high (dark anchor head on the tower). The main cable is made of 1860 MPa high-strength steel wire. The main span ratio is 1/9, which reduces the basic size of the anchor and saves the total cost of the project. According to the bridge model wind tunnel test, the optimum cross section (double box spacing 4.3 m) is obtained by using the double-box girder structure. The aerodynamic stability of the structure is improved. Based on the optimized structure, the limit devices of each component are researched and developed, including the device for restraining the lateral displacement of the stiffening girder under the action of wind load, the restraining device of 1, 000 kN between the tower and the like.
