1 材料和方法2 3例标本均取自 1978～ 1998年间外检标本 ,全部标本均常规制成ＨＥ切片并行免疫组化标记分型。ＥＢＶ和 ｐ5 3检测为用超敏Ｓ Ｐ试剂盒、鼠抗ＥＢＶ(ＬＭＰ)和突变型 ｐ5 3蛋白单克隆抗体 ,同时取 15例 14岁及其以下病理诊断为良性淋巴组织增生的淋巴结行ＥＢＶ
1 Materials and methods 2 3 specimens were taken from 1978 to 1998 seizures specimens, all specimens were routinely made of HE sections parallel immunohistochemical typing.
