公共关系学理论对于我国近年保险业的蓬勃发展有着不可低估的影响力,总结和探讨保险企业公共特征和经验技术的文章也为数不少。但大都较侧重于外部作用的认识。本文作者根据自己的工作实践,提出了对保险企业内部公关工作的作用认识。尽管文中观点未必系统、全面,但毕竟作出了一定的探索。因此,我们也欢迎关注这一学科的同志提出各自不同的见解,以有助于读者多方面去认识和把握公关理论的内涵和真义。
