案例背景重庆市渝中区残联打算为贫困残疾人进行居家无障碍改造。而我们化龙桥街道有21名享受低保的重度残疾人急需卫生间改造,但分配给化龙桥街道残联的名额只有4个,如何分配名额,这是一个难题。服务过程在这种情况下,我通常都会温习残疾人保障有关的法律法规。拿出《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》,我认真阅读起来。我眼前一亮:“这次居家无障碍改造,我可以听取辖区残疾人
Case Background The Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Federation in Yuzhong District plans to make home-based improvements to the poor and handicapped. However, 21 of the residents in Weilongqiao Street are in urgent need of restroom renovation due to the severe handicapped people who enjoy the minimum living allowance. However, there are only 4 places allocated to the Disabled Persons’ Federation of Hualongqiao Street. How to allocate places is a challenge.
