采用圆锥-圆环双反镜技术的新型光内同轴送粉装置,在相同工艺参数条件下,进行变占空比K(环形光斑内径与外径之比)熔覆试验和测试,分析占空比的变化对熔覆层组织、性能及表面形貌影响规律。结果表明:K=0时,熔覆层晶粒细密,但整体组织分布不均匀,熔覆层与基体冶金结合效果较差,稀释率大,熔覆层侧壁表面较粗糙;K=0.35时,晶粒细小均匀,熔覆层与基体结合层变薄,稀释率小,熔覆层表面较光滑;K=0.6时,熔覆层组织由胞状晶向枝状晶转化,晶粒逐渐变粗大,熔覆层表面较粗糙。
