Methods Patients with bladder cancer hospitalized in our department from January 2020 to December2020 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group increased patient participation measures on the basis of routine care. The data of compliance health education awareness rate complications, adverse events and nursing satisfaction were collected and compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate was 98.57% (69/70) in the experimental group and 88.57% (62/70) in the control group. The awareness rate of health education was 99.10% in the experimental group and 91.50% in the control group comparison of nursing satisfaction: 98.26% in the experimental group and 91.54% in the control group. Data of the above three groups showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group and P value was different. In terms of complication comparison 5 cases occurred in the experimental group and 13 cases occurred in the control group, and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group and there was difference in P value in terms of adverse events, no adverse events occurred in the experimental group and 3 cases occurred in the control group. The risk of complications and adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion In todays hospital environment, encouraging patients and their families to actively participate in patient safety management through nursing measures has certain positive significance in improving the trust between nurses and patients, reducing nursing risks, improving nursing quality and improving satisfaction.
