今年以来,虽相继遭遇伊拉克战争、“非典”疫情、高温干旱、限电缺水等一系列不利因素,由于我市采取一系列积极应对措施,使经济运行仍保持了良好发展态势。其中,工业生产和效益大幅增长,投资力度明显加大,外贸出口和利用外资保持强劲势头,成为拉动经济增长的主力。据悉,前三季度我市国民经济运行主要呈现以下几个特点:经济保持快速增长。据测算,前三季度全市完成国内生产总值1217.5亿元,增长14.6%,为1998年以来的最高增幅。其中第一产业68.4亿元,增长4%;第二产业699.7亿元,增长16.7%;第三产业449.4亿元,增长13.4%。国民经济的快速增长,主要得益于以工业为主体的第二产业加快发展。前三季度,在第二产业增加值中,工业增加值638.6亿元,增长16.3%。工业生产持续快速发展。今年1-9月全市完成工业总产值2824.5亿元,比去年同期增长21.2%。规模以上工业总产值达1843.5亿元,增长29.3%;销售产值达1802.1亿元,增长29.7%;工业产品产销销率达97.8%,比去年同期提高0.29个百分点。企业经济效益良好,1-8月11项经济效益考核指标综合得分为224.47分,继续保持全省领先地位。高温干早影响农业生产增速回落。前
