目的:研究红楼消肿膏对实验用新西兰兔无创面骨折软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法:采用重物落下冲击砸伤法制作实验用新西兰兔大腿内侧无创面骨折软组织损伤模型,分别于造模损伤处敷红楼消肿膏(A组)和止痛消炎软膏(B组),观察其疗效,并与空白组(C组)进行比较。结果:治疗至第10天A组、B组可见:大部分兔造模部位的红肿、疼痛反应逐渐减轻,肿块在0.1~0.2cm左右(治疗前肿块3~4cm左右),跛行、瘀血不明显;造模组织病理切片检查显示大多肌纤维结构未见异常(空白不敷药的对照组则肌纤维灶性坏死、肌纤维结构异常)。治疗至第20天A组、B组可见:大部分兔造模部位的红肿逐渐减轻,肿块消失,瘀血不明显,触之疼痛反应不明显。治疗至第30天A组、B组可见:兔造模部位均已痊愈。结论:红楼消肿膏具有消炎、镇痛、消肿及促进肌纤维结构损伤恢复正常等作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Hong Lou Xiao Tuo Gao on non-invasive fracture of soft tissue in New Zealand rabbits. METHODS: The soft tissue injury model of non-traumatic fracture of the inner thigh of the New Zealand rabbits was made by weight drop impact injury method. The Red House swelling cream (group A) and analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment (group B) were observed at the injury site of the model and observed. Efficacy and comparison with the blank group (group C). RESULTS: In group A and group B on the 10th day of treatment, the swelling and pain response of the majority of rabbit model sites gradually decreased. The mass was about 0.1 to 0.2 cm (the mass was about 3 to 4 cm before treatment). The lameness and blood stasis were not observed. Obviously, histopathological examination of the model showed no abnormalities in most of the muscle fiber structures (the control group with blanks and no drugs had focal muscle necrosis and abnormal muscle fiber structure). On the 20th day of treatment, in group A and B, the swelling of most rabbits was gradually reduced, the mass disappeared, the blood stasis was not obvious, and the pain reaction was not obvious. Treatment to the 30th day of group A, B can be seen: rabbit models have been fully recovered. Conclusion: Honglou Xiaoxue ointment has the effects of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, detumescence, and the restoration of muscle fiber structure damage.
