教学是教与学的结合,是教师的主导作用和学生的学习积极性相互合作的过程。英语教学中应尽可能地让学生接触和运用英语。学生只有通过实际运用英语才能获得运用语言的能力,才能学好英语。然而,作为职中英语教师,鉴于学生的实际情况,要想达到预期教学目的必须依靠合理有效的课堂教学。而在英语课堂教学中,师生关系的融洽与否起着决定性作用。课堂中师生关系的融洽主要通过师生对话加以体现和实施,因此职中英语教师应努力提高课堂教学中师生对话的技巧。
Teaching is a combination of teaching and learning, which is the process of mutual cooperation between teachers ’leading role and students’ enthusiasm for learning. English teaching should be as far as possible to allow students to contact and use English. Students can learn English well only by actually using English in order to gain the ability to use the language. However, as a teacher of English as a teacher, in view of the actual situation of students, in order to achieve the expected teaching purposes must rely on reasonable and effective classroom teaching. In English classroom teaching, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students plays a decisive role. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students in class is mainly embodied and implemented through dialogues between teachers and students. Therefore, English teachers in vocational schools should strive to improve the skills of dialogue between teachers and students in classroom teaching.
