[目的]研究乙唑螨腈的室内生物活性,了解其田间应用效果。[方法]采用室内常规方法测定其生物活性及特性,参照标准田间药效试验方法进行田间药效试验。[结果]室内生测试验表明:乙唑螨腈能有效防治各发育阶段的害螨,对温度不敏感,并且速效性好;田间药效试验表明:乙唑螨腈对柑橘叶螨、苹果叶螨、棉花叶螨和茄子叶螨均有较高的防效。[结论]乙唑螨腈对害螨的生物活性较高,可应用于多种害螨的防治。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological activity of acetazolamide and its field effect. [Method] The biological activities and characteristics were determined by routine methods in the laboratory. The field efficacy tests were conducted according to the standard field efficacy test. [Result] The indoor bioassay showed that: Azoxystrobin was effective in preventing and controlling pest mites at various developmental stages, insensitive to temperature, and had good quick-effect. The field efficacy tests showed that azacirile had significant effects on spider mites, apple leaves Mites, cotton spider mites and eggplant spider mites have a higher control effect. [Conclusion] Acetamuilon had high biological activity on pest mites and could be used in the prevention and treatment of many pests.
