从理论上证明了给定接触点沟道沟曲率系数、钢球直径和接触角的角接触球笼式等速万向节(BJ型与DOJ型)椭圆沟道截面参数唯一性问题,给出了计算椭圆长、短半轴解析表达式。同时给出了沟道-钢球接触主曲率计算公式和椭圆积分拟合公式,简化了沟道-钢球接触应力和变形的计算,计算了BJ75等速万向节沟道截面参数和应力变形。附图8幅,表1个,参考文献8篇。
It is theoretically proved that the parameters uniqueness of the elliptical channel cross sections of the angular contact ball cage type constant velocity joints (BJ and DOJ) given the contact channel channel curvature coefficient, the diameter of the steel ball and the contact angle are given.
