《武警法》中对反恐部分一笔带过,但随着反恐形势的日益严峻和武警部队大量的承担反恐任务,修订《武警法》已迫在眉睫。《反恐怖主义法》的出台给《武警法》修订提供了重要依据,应当以《反恐怖主义法》为基础,及时修订《武警法》,并制定一部专门的反恐怖规章,为武警部队执行反恐任务提供法律依据,保障武警部队有效履行职责使命。
In the Armed Police Law, part of the anti-terrorism campaign was carried over. However, as the anti-terrorism situation becomes more and more serious and the Armed Police Force has undertaken a large number of anti-terrorism tasks, it is imminent to amend the Armed Police Law. The promulgation of the Anti-Terrorism Law provides an important basis for the revision of the Armed Police Law. Based on the Anti-Terrorism Law, the Armed Police Law should be revised in a timely manner and a special anti-terrorism regulation should be drafted to provide assistance to the Armed Police Force Provide legal basis for the implementation of counter-terrorism tasks and ensure that the Armed Police Force effectively discharges its duties and missions.
