针对船舶结构十字接头在装配中极易产生错边的工艺缺陷问题进行了研究.采用船用B级钢原为15mm的试样,带有不同的错边量,在静载和低周疲劳作用下进行了试验,由数理统计分析获知:2mm错边量对疲劳断裂寿命无明显影响,4mm以下的错边量可以满足力学性能的要求.这一结果对修改制订我国现行的工艺建造标准提供了科学依据,对船舶的使用安全和建造成本产生了有利的影响,具有实用的价值.
Aiming at the defect of craft which the cross-joint of ship structure is easy to produce the wrong edge in the assembly, the specimen of marine B-class steel original is 15mm, with different wrong edge amount, under static load and low cycle fatigue The results of mathematical statistics analysis show that the amount of misalignment at 2mm has no significant effect on the fatigue fracture life and that the amount of misfolding under 4mm can meet the requirements of mechanical properties.This result provides a scientific basis for revising and developing China’s existing process construction standards Basis, the use of the ship safety and construction costs have had a beneficial impact, with practical value.
