本文用有限元法分析了承压能力为500kg/cm~2的抗剪销式高压压力筒的应力状态。顶盖大开口区和底部过渡区作为轴对称问题处理。抗剪销区由于沿圆周方向24个均匀分布的销孔破坏了轴对称性,结构、受力状态均较复杂,作为一种近似,我们建立了一种六面块体力学模型。指出了8节点等参数环状单元正确反映了大开口区曲率变化剧烈处的应力集中现象,指出了抗剪销区刚度足够,但应力集中明显,而且范围相当大,如不修改结构尺寸,卸载后会留下残余变形。本文对指导和改进抗剪销式高压压力容器的结构设计有参考价值。
In this paper, the finite element method was used to analyze the stress state of the anti-shear high-pressure cylinder with a pressure-bearing capacity of 500kg / cm ~ 2. The large open top area and bottom transition area are handled as axisymmetric problems. Because of the symmetrical distribution of 24 evenly distributed pin holes in the circumferential direction, the structure and the stress state are more complex. As an approximation, we establish a six-body mechanical model. It is pointed out that the 8-node isochronous ring unit correctly reflects the stress concentration at the sharp curvature change in the large opening area. It is pointed out that the stiffness of the shear pin area is sufficient but the stress concentration is obvious and the range is quite large. Without modifying the structure size, Will leave residual deformation. This article has reference value to guide and improve the structural design of the anti-shelling high-pressure vessel.
