随着城市建设的发展,越来越多的高层、超高层建筑不断建成,地下车库、地下用房等也随之增多,地下室渗漏现象也相当普遍,成为质量通病之一。特别是地下水位高、又是软土地基,设计、施工原因产生的沉降不均、混凝土板裂缝、混凝土振捣不密实等产生的渗漏现象也相当普遍,治漏堵漏费用也相当高,严重的有些甚至还影响使用功能。在近几年的施工实践中,通过分析产生渗漏的原因,找出控制对策,从而加强施工中质量控制和技术改进,收到了一些成效。
